1.3 Third-Party Integrations

  • Google OAuth: When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account information as authorized by you.
  • Telegram: When you connect a Telegram gateway, we process messages and metadata from your Telegram chats as part of the integration.
  • AI Providers: Your prompts and conversation data are sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, and others) to generate responses. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they process your data.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

Chat conversations, agent configurations, and organization data are retained until you delete them or your account is terminated.   • Chat Deletion: You can delete individual chat conversations at any time from the platform.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by applicable law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
